“We selected Duane for the design of our new home because of their reputation and because we liked the previous work they have done. They took the time to discuss what we were looking for, the styles we liked and factored that with the challenges of the building site. We are in the finishing stages and the design is working out amazingly well and takes every advantage of the light, the site, and the views. During the build process, Duane was always available to answer questions or concerns regarding the design or design choices we were considering. Thanks for the awesome design and ongoing support. Positive, Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism”

“Duane and his crew did an amazing job transforming our back yard from a sloped mud pit to an oasis with multiple amazing seating and conversation areas. It's both an entertainer's delight and a place of complete serenity. My husband and I and our children love spending time outside now. As with any large scale project, there were a few hiccups along the way and Duane adjusted and everything worked out perfectly -- even with my perfectionist eye. The quality of the work was incredible and we are delighted. We paid for and expected the best -- and that's what we received.”

“Duane produced a plan that met my needs perfectly - on the ocean, easy care, deer-proof and most importantly, beautiful. Some elements of the landscape changed mid-project due to changes in septic design, and Duane very quickly accommodated the changes. The design is casual and comfortable, leading to different parts of the yard for different purposes. It all works wonderfully. Most importantly, Duane was terrific to work with, very quickly grasped what I thought I wanted and delivered on time always.”

“We owned an old house that had had renovations done without permits by a previous owner and the City demanded that we have new plans drawn up and get permits for the work that had been done. We had no idea where to start, but Duane made it easy. He was there guiding us through the process and helping us with each step until it was complete. The staff were professional as were the drawings. We would have been lost without their help and guidance.”

“Duane and his team at Innovate were nothing short of superb. Their high focus on detail and ability to navigate the wants and needs of our clients while maintaining “build-ability” was such a blessing for our project. Our clients were building a large, custom home from abroad and it would have been extremely difficult to achieve such an amazing design if they did not have the systems and follows ups in place to execute. I am so grateful for the experience we had, and will definitely be using them again and will be referring to my friends, family and colleagues in the industry. Thank you so much!”

“We had previously obtained a mediocre, off-the-shelf design that really needed help. Duane was able to bring our design up to a whole new level. His relaxed attitude worked well in what could have been a very stressful process. He was understanding, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We often receive compliments on the finished appearance. We highly recommend Innovate Design Collective.”

Duane took my self and my wife's visions and ideas and executed a real set of home plans that was better then we could have envisioned. “We consulted with Duane about simplification and improvement of our back yard. From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure working with him. Duane's design talent is complemented by great organizational and communication skills. He kept us closely informed about every aspect of the project and was often on site. He ensured our project was done right by using superb tradesmen and gardeners. No detail was overlooked, from carefully considered placement of the lighting to inclusion in the landscaping of some of our favourite plants from our previous garden. We highly recommend Duane and will retain him again.”

“I would highly recommend Duane for any landscape design project. From our initial consultation I found him to be very professional, artistic and insightful. He took photographs and asked me a number of questions to determine what I had in mind. My corner lot in Fairfield is somewhat elevated and highly visible. I wanted an outdoor space that was ‘easy care’, functional and connected to my neighbourhood. Through our collaborative effort my front/side yard has been transformed from an unmanageable, unsightly, embarrassing mess to an outdoor space that I enjoy and am very proud of. The entire process was exciting, positive, very rewarding and within my budget.”
